Shipping
United States orders
We can ship to virtually any address in the United states. We normally ship 5 days a week, with packages being picked up Monday-Friday. Our current shipping time for an order containing only in-stock items is 3-7 business days, occasionally longer, depending on order volume.
International Orders
We do not currently offer shipping outside the United States, sorry for the inconvenience.
Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Make sure items are in resalable condition (in twisted skein format or original packaging). Once we receive return, your refund or credit will be processed within a few business days. Please remember, shipping charges are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, log into your account, navigate to My Account, and select Orders. Click on the order containing the items you wish to return, choose Return Request, and complete the form. You’ll receive an email approval from us with further instructions.
